guinea eggs are 'watery' inside? are they any good?

The nest has been growing for about 2 months,and momma is still not reliably sitting on them. Some of the older ones are dark when I candle 'em, but with a gentle shake sound very watery inside. Are they goners? I'd really rather get rid of them before they accidentally break.
