Welcome. Keep her warm and I would give her by mouth a liquid we have here for infants. It has vitamins and electrolytes called Pedialyte. Just dip her head/beak into this undiluted liquid every hour or so for the day. Don't stay up all night. 24/7 is not necessary.
Time will tell.

Keets do have problems...more so than baby chickens. But as adults, guineafowl are much healthier.
