Yes, there was a member who did just that. It is a good idea. Good Ventilation in the summer. Perhaps put 1/4 wire over the windows for predator proofing. Straw and shavings on the floor. Wrap the handle bars behind the seats for the birds. They need a good grip. Adhesive bandages work so well.
Do put in a light also.
